I am dedicated to sharing with you the most authentic version of myself. My goal is to share with you the realizations and hurdles I have faced in my own health. And what I have done to overcome them so far and moving forward. Some things have worked and others, well…. haven’t worked so much. I also want to share what I’ve learned over the years and answer any questions you may have. My hope is that you can learn from my mistakes and take something away. So that you may apply it to your own health journey.

I'm Dr. Jordan,
Welcome to The Imperfectly Healthy Doc

The Blog

In starting this blog, I wanted to pour my passion for health into those that are also interested in expanding their minds and interests. If you asked me 5 years ago, if I thought I’d be living a lifestyle like I do now, I’d say you had lost your mind. Moving away from my home state to start my graduate program and meeting new people with different ideas and new knowledge changed my life forever, for the better. My goal is to possibly be the spark that starts the fire in you to take charge of your health and your life. There is so much light on the other side of being unwell.

I love playing with old film cameras! It's a hobby of mine.

The Author

My name is Dr. Jordan Hale. I am a Gonstead Chiropractor based in beautiful Massachusetts. I grew up on the north shore of MA by the ocean. My family would escape to the quiet and wonders of Maine to step away from the hustle of the work and school week. We would spend time on four wheelers in the summer, snowmobiles in the winter, as well as hitting the slopes to snowboard.
I received my bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from UMass Lowell. I took a gap year and then moved myself to Marietta, Georgia. Where I didn’t know a soul to start the Chiropractic program at Life University. After 4 years this is where I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dedicating a lot of my time to studying the Gonstead technique.

Shortly after graduation, I moved back to my home state. Where I began to practice Gonstead Chiropractic in the clinic of my dreams. Where I continue to grow and learn every day.
I love to spend quality time with my husband and friends – laughing, sharing stories, and having deep conversations. I enjoy spending time at the beach in the sunshine and in the gym, strengthening my foundation and practicing self discipline. Something I am trying to be better about being self aware, meditating regularly, and building strong routines. We all have work to still do on ourselves, right?
I truly hope you enjoy my blog and the content I share. If you have any questions or comments, please contact me. I’d love to have conversations with you and answer any questions you may have!

In Health,

Dr. Jordan Hale DC

There is so much potential to be the light in a dark world.

Everything in
life is learnable, fixable, and figureoutable.

Anything in life can be yours, sometimes you just need to step back to see the vision.

I believe:
